Presentation Guidelines
Company presentations will be used by UBIFRANCE solely for the purpose of facilitating your presentation during the FRENCH BIOTECH TOUR and will not be circulated internally or given to any 3rd parties.
Companies selected for a presentation must provide UBIFRANCE with their PowerPoint slides no later than October, 10th 2012.
Length
Company presentations will be strictly 5 minutes in length to accommodate all speakers. 2 minutes will be dedicated to each speaker to answer questions from the audience.
YOUR MAIN GOAL IS NOT TO SAY EVERYTHING ABOUT YOUR COMPANY BUT TO ENTICE PEOPLE TO LEARN MORE ABOUT YOUR COMPANY AND PROPOSAL.

We advise practicing your presentation a few times to check for length and running your presentation through spell check.
Platform
All presentations must be prepared and submitted in Microsoft PowerPoint. If your presentation was prepared on a Mac, please send your presentation in PDF format as well as PowerPoint friendly version.
Audience
Your audience will be a mix of scientists, business development professionals and CEOs.
